It’s that time of year when First Unity Church’s Youth Ed group does their Back-to-School Supplies Project!
Each year, the First Unity Kids collect a variety of school supplies to be distributed to students in the area. The project’s list of the school supplies most needed by local boys and girls can be found at the following link: School Supply List 2026 (pdf)
But all school supplies are welcome and will be helpful to students.
Please place your contributions in the school bus in First Unity’s lobby. You can also place your monetary contributions in the envelope in the school bus.
You can bring your contributions with you to Sunday services or call the office at 314-845-8540 to arrange to drop them off at church.
The School Supplies Project ends August 9. As always, area students will greatly appreciate your generosity!
Last year’s project was especially successful with Youth Ed collecting enough school supplies to fill 29 donated backpacks for students who were victims of last year’s devastating tornado!
~ A special bonus: St. Louis will sponsor a tax-free weekend from August 7 through August 9, 2026.
