Unity Meditations
We’re pleased to present a selection of the meditations taken from our in-person, livestreamed services. Join First Unity’s Rev. Jan Mourning, Rev. Le Remington, or Licensed Unity Teacher Hope Dodson as they guide you through inspirational spiritual meditations that help connect you with your Divine nature.
As you listen, close your eyes, relax your mind and your body, take several deep breaths and immerse yourself in the uplifting words of the meditation.
Each First Unity Church Sunday service features a meditation; below are links to some of the meditations taken from our services.
Spiritual guided meditations can offer:
-
Deeper Connection to Spirituality:
Guided meditations can provide a framework for spiritual practices, such as prayer or reflection, helping individuals connect with their faith or spiritual beliefs on a deeper level.
-
Finding Inner Peace:
Spiritual guided meditations can help individuals find inner stillness and peace, even in challenging circumstances.
-
Increased Intuition:
Some individuals report that spiritual meditation can enhance their intuition and ability to access inner wisdom.
The closed caption option on the YouTube videos is available for the meditations.
